Pathway to Krohmann - Ackermann Cottage
Pathway to Krohmann – Ackermann Cottage, Hill End, Rural New South Wales.
This cottage was in total disrepair, with half a metre of sediment filling its rooms, and years of disuse, the cottage was only being held up by the blackberry bushes that entwined it.
The occupants undertook the restoration work in accordance with the building’s conservation plan and the technical support of conservation architects.
It is now, lovingly restored to it’s former glory!

So glad you like it Ruth. The gardens were amazing – very old fashioned – as they would have been in the 1870’s.
